Have you ever have some ideas in your head, and then in a matter of months or years, you saw someone came out with some products which were what you have been thinking before?  Well, I have many of such experiences.  In fact, when I was only 7 years old (1972),  I have an idea of freezing fish into hibernation and then "resurrect" it to life again.  I invested greatly with my pocket money and conducted countless experiments.  I even managed to bring back fish that I have put into hibernation for 24 hours to life.  Almost 15 years later, the Japanese invented a similar method.  In school, I designed the roller scooter and almost 1o years later, the roller scooter went into the market by another designer.

So you can see that the difference between many of us and the other great people who make millions is that we often do not put the ideas into action.  We often hesitate because there is an inner voice that says the idea will not be accepted by others.  This small voice is call "FEAR".  Others who do not put their ideas into action are people who do not know how to go about it.
